On 19th February 2026, the National Association of Business Administration Students (NABAS), Kaduna State University (KASU) Chapter, paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS), Comrade Jerry Adams, FCTI, FNIM, FCE, CNA, and the Executive Director, Standards and Compliance, Mr. Ali Garba Gora. The visit was in recognition of their outstanding support and contributions to the success of the inaugural NABAS KASU Week held last year.

During the engagement, the association presented Awards of Appreciation to both the Executive Chairman and the Executive Director for their encouragement and institutional backing. The delegation was led by Isiah Elijah Baita, the outgoing President of NABAS KASU, alongside their Adviser, Dr. Zubairu Salisu, who expressed gratitude for the leadership and mentorship extended to the association.

In his remarks, Alh. Ali Garba Gora, who received the awards on behalf of the Executive Chairman, commended the students for their initiative and urged them to remain committed to excellence, integrity, and continuous development as future leaders in business and public service.
