Today, the staff of the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) participated in a training workshop on the Performance Management System (PMS) appraisal, organized by the Kaduna State Government under the Office of the Head of Service.
The training forms part of the efforts of the Kaduna State Government, under the leadership of The Governor of Kaduna State , Senator Uba Sani (CON), to build a productive civil service that performs optimally and is assessed using modern evaluation tools.
The team from the Kaduna State Office of the Head of Service was led by one of its Directors, Alh. Abbas Musa, who guided the KADIRS team through the techniques, processes, and procedures for implementing the new performance management evaluation system.
Participants were also taken through corporate planning, schedule of duties, tools for evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as the functions, inputs, outputs, and outcomes involved in the new performance management evaluation system in the service.
