On 4th March 2026, the Executive Chairman of Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service, (KADIRS), Comrade Jerry Adams, FCTI, FNIM, FCE, CNA, received a high-powered delegation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Kaduna State Branch, on a courtesy visit to the Service.
The Executive Chairman, Comrade Jerry Adams, pledged to continue working closely with professional bodies in order to enhance workforce capacity development. He appreciated the leadership of the ICAN Kaduna Branch for their continued support and cooperation in strengthening tax administration in Kaduna State.
Earlier in his remarks, the Chairman of ICAN Kaduna Branch, Mr. Obafunsho Abdurahman, commended the Executive Chairman and his entire team for working tirelessly to improve the revenue profile of Kaduna State year after year. He noted that KADIRS has witnessed tremendous revenue growth since the inception of the current administration of His Excellency, The Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani (CON) and expressed the Institute’s willingness to support the Service in achieving its revenue generation targets.
